Howden Hong Kong has appointed Flora Fong as Executive Director for Business Strategy & Growth, the global intermediary announced in a company statement on LinkedIn.
Fong joins Howden from Marsh, where she worked for 14 years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President. She brings experience across a diverse range of business lines, including corporate risks, financial lines, construction, power, and energy.
In its statement, Howden said, “As Howden HK continues to strengthen its capabilities and integrated propositions, Flora will be instrumental in engaging with Large, Complex and Multinational clients, driving discussions on critical topics such as Climate Risk & Resilience, Energy Transition, Digital Transformation, Cyber and Political Risks.”
Howden added that she would be key in providing leadership for emerging HK teams, including Financial Lines and Cyber Insurance.
On her new position, Fong said she is thrilled to be joining Howden, adding “I look forward to making meaningful connections while contributing to Hong Kong’s growth across existing and various new initiatives to deliver the very best solutions for our clients.”
