Lockton on Thursday (1 August) announced the appointment of Jim Heng as Head of Partnership & Distribution for People Solutions for Asia.
Heng joins from Bupa Hong Kong, where he was serving as Director of Channel Strategy, Distribution, and Sales. He brings over 25 years of experience in life, health, employee benefits, and International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) across Asia Pacific.
In his new role, Heng will report to Cedric Luah, Regional Head of People Solutions, Asia. He will be responsible for establishing and expanding collaboration with partners, carriers, and clients, focusing on creating value for the business and driving profitable growth, Lockton said in its announcement.
“We trust that with his extensive experience and growth-focused mindset, he will be able to contribute significantly to our Asia ambitions,” the global broker added.
