Lockton has appointed Shuh Fang Huang as Regional Head of Consulting – People Solutions, Asia, effective 24 March 2025, the global brokerage announced in a media release.
She brings nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry and joins after serving at Aon since 2006.
Based in Singapore, Huang reports to Cedric Luah, Regional Head of People Solutions Asia, and will oversee the business’s consulting initiatives within the People Solutions business, focusing on developing strategies aligned with evolving workforce and market demands across Asia, Lockton said.
Huang began her career at commercial risks broker Jardine Lloyd Thompson, working in areas including Fine Arts and travel programs, before moving into underwriting AXA, where she managed speciality risk products for a varied client base until her move to Aon.
