Miller has appointed Mandy Phan as Treaty Broker, the specialty (re)insurance broker announced in a company statement on LinkedIn.
Singapore-based Phan brings over a decade of experience to her new position and joins from Guy Carpenter, where she was Senior Vice President. Her previous roles included time at Hannover Re and Asia Reinsurance Brokers (ARB).
Phan has worked across various Asia regions, including Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, and her expertise spans treaty pricing, treaty structuring, and financial reporting, Miller said in its announcement.
