Swiss Re Corporate Solutions on Monday (23 Sep) announced two key promotions in its Asia Pacific team, with Hassan Karim named as Head of Customer & Distribution Management for APAC and Devpriya Misra taking on the expanded role of Client Solutions Lead, with a dual APAC and global focus.
Karim joined Swiss Re CorSo in 2023, serving as Head of Distribution Management & Partnerships for Asia Pacific before his promotion. His previous experience includes roles at Zurich Insurance, where he was Head of Strategy APAC and Chief Executive Officer & President Director at Zurich Asuransi Indonesia.
Misra meanwhile has been with the Swiss Re group for over 15 years, having worked across various senior leadership roles in both New York and Singapore. Prior to joining Swiss Re, he worked as a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services in India.
“This change aligns with our global model and allows us to further strengthen our commitment to both clients and partners across APAC,” Swiss Re said in its announcement on LinkedIn.
