UIB Asia Reinsurance Brokers Pte Ltd has appointed Le Tram Nguyen as Executive Director in its Treaty and Retro Division, effective September 29, the Singapore-based reinsurance broker announced on LinkedIn.
She brings nearly two decades of industry experience and joins from Hannover Re, where she oversaw treaty underwriting across much of Indochina as Senior Regional Manager, and at Samsung Vina Insurance in Vietnam.
In her new role, Nguyen reports to CEO Francis S. Savari and will work with senior management to support the firm’s regional growth.
In its announcement, UIB described her as a “proficient treaty underwriter and portfolio strategist” with deep market relationships and a strong track record in regional development and product innovation.
