WTW appoints Alex Rosati as Head of Claims Asia for Corporate Risk & Broking

Rosati to join WTW from Marsh Asia on 1 August.

WTW on Thursday (23 May) announced that Alex Rosati has been appointed as Head of Claims Asia for its Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) business.

Rosati will assume his new role on 1 August, succeeding Neil Thomas, who retired in March. Based in Singapore, he will report directly to Luke Ware, Head of CRB Asia.

Rosati brings over 30 years of experience to the position and will join from Marsh Asia, where he is currently Head of Claims Solutions, Specialty Lines.

In his new role, Rosati will focus on all aspects across the business’s claims proposition, including the development and execution of claims management strategy across Asia, WTW said, adding his expertise will be essential in managing complex claims across all lines of business, ensuring alignment with clients’ expectations and negotiating effectively with insurers.

Commenting on the appointment, Luke Ware said Rosati will be a valuable addition to the Asia leadership team. Ware added, “Together with our team of claims specialists and Alex’s track record in leading global claims operations and related areas, our claims advocacy and consultancy will help clients better understand, resolve and minimise the most complex insurance claims, and get back to their business with minimal disruption to their organisation.”
