AIG has named Arlan Bolado as multinational regional service delivery manager for Asia-Pacific, Jenny Boyd, the insurer’s APAC head of client and broker engagement, announced on LinkedIn on Thursday.
Malaysia-based Bolado has spent 16 years at AIG across a range of senior roles. During this time, he has led several projects to enhance the multinational service offering for brokers and clients, according to Boyd.
Boyd said Bolado’s new role would focus on “partnering with stakeholders to elevate both Producing and Issuing Office service standards, targets, compliance and quality – all of which underpin AIG’s Multinational Value Proposition.”
AIG has been active with key appointments over the last month. Among its announcements this week, the company said that Aon’s Eric Andersen would become its new president, with CEO Peter Zaffino transitioning to executive chair. Within the region, the business in December revealed that Scott Leney would take over as APAC regional president, succeeding the outgoing Chris Colahan. In Australia, Ryan Spettigue was also named as the new head of client and broker engagement this week.
