Howden has appointed Janice Jiang as an associate in its Asia M&A team, according to a 13 January company announcement on LinkedIn.
Based in Singapore, Jiang is the latest announced hire to be tapped from Aon, where she spent more than two years, most recently as an associate in Transaction Solutions, Asia.
She brings a legal background and experience navigating M&A risk markets, having previously worked for law firms and organisations, including Bird & Bird, the SMU Corporate & Commercial Law Club, and Singapore Legal Advice, according to her LinkedIn profile.
She is among a string of hires tapped from Aon as Howden continues to build out its M&A risk capabilities across the region, following the appointments of Xianwei Lee as head of M&A, Asia; Adrian Chai and Blossom Lim as senior directors for M&A, Asia; and the additions of Jianhua Chen (director) and Rosy Wang (associate director) to the firm’s China M&A team.
