Aon has appointed Krasavin as Asia-Pacific regional managing director in an expanded role, effective immediately, according to a LinkedIn post from the company on 2 February.
Based in Singapore, Krasavin has been with Aon for more than eight years, most recently serving as enterprise client leader for Asia-Pacific.
In his new role, Krasavin will drive the integration of human capital solutions for the global broker’s large multinational clients across the region. He will continue in his role as an enterprise client leader alongside his new remit.
He brings more than 25 years of experience in his field and at Aon had previously held senior client leadership and commercial roles across the firm’s human capital and reward solutions businesses in the region and other international markets.
Before joining Aon, he worked at Mercer in senior talent and workforce metrics leadership roles. Earlier in his career, he was a senior associate at Oliver Wyman in the United Arab Emirates.
The move follows a string of recent leadership appointments at Aon, including Penny Chia as head of marine claims advocacy for Asia and Kulshaan Singh as enterprise client leader for APAC. The company has also named Neelay Patel as country CEO for Malaysia, Alistair Clarke as head of specialty in Australia, Avishek B Rath as head of growth for facultative reinsurance in India, Neha Shah as head of life and health reinsurance in India, and Wilber Siu as business development director in Hong Kong.
