AXA Philippines has appointed Johanna Janeo as chief commercial distribution and partnership officer, the business announced on LinkedIn on Tuesday.

Janeo has been with AXA Philippines since 2024, her second stint at the company, most recently serving as chief employee benefits and partnerships officer. She has more than 25 years of experience across sales, marketing, partnerships, financial services, and telecommunications, including her first stint with AXA Philippines from 2016-2019.

Commenting on her appointment, the insurer said: “With a strong track record of delivering exceptional growth and forging strategic partnerships, Johanna brings a wealth of experience in driving expansion across various business areas.”

Janeo’s appointment follows that of Nicolas de Nazelle as acting chief executive officer of Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance as the most recent executive movement within the AXA Group.
