Aon has made three senior appointments across Asia Pacific as it refreshes leadership within its Growth team, according to an announcement by Jane Drummond, the firm’s chief commercial officer for APAC.
Richard Tan has been named chief commercial officer for Southeast Asia, while Maggie Hsieh has been appointed chief commercial officer for North Asia.

Hsieh joined Aon in 2017 and has held roles across the broker’s China and Taiwan operations. She most recently served as executive director and head of growth and DAU at Aon Taiwan.
Muganza was most recently director for strategic engagement at Aon Inpoint. He first joined Aon’s Paris office from 2011 to 2012 before returning to the company in Singapore in 2022. He has more than 19 years of industry experience, including previous roles at Aviva, AXA, Coface and Allianz.
Commenting on the appointments, Drummond said: “Each brings deep market expertise, strong commercial leadership and a clear focus on helping our clients succeed. Together, they will have a meaningful impact across the region.”
The announcement is the latest among a slew of leadership changes made by Aon in the APAC region this month.
