Aon has appointed Lily Mak as head of client relationship management for health solutions in Singapore, effective immediately, the firm announced on Friday via LinkedIn.
Mak most recently served as Aon’s head of client acquisition in Singapore. She joined the broker in 2024.
She brings over 20 years of industry experience and a deep understanding of client needs in Singapore. Prior to joining Aon, she was senior vice president of employee benefits at Singlife and served as business development director for international corporate business at AIA. She also held positions at Great Eastern Life, OCBC Bank, and AIG.
“Lily has been a driving force behind many of our key client relationships and growth initiatives,” said Francis Ng, Aon’s head of health solutions in Singapore, in the announcement.
Lily Mak’s appointment is the latest in a series of leadership hires by Aon across the region this year, including Christian Hoffman’s appointment as global CEO of commercial risk, Masahito (Max) Hirai as chief executive officer of its Japan business, Karl Hamann as Philippines chief executive, Richard Tan and Maggie Hsieh, who now lead commercial strategy for Southeast Asia and North Asia, and the expansion of Daniel England’s role to the role of head of APAC casualty treaty on the reinsurance side of the business.
