TQR adds Tanasta Dhadasih to specialty reinsurance team as assistant VP,  business development

She brings 14 years of industry experience to the broker, with expertise in financial lines.

Bangkok-headquartered TQR Public Company has hired Tanasta Dhadasih as assistant vice president, business development in its specialty reinsurance division effective 14 September, the reinsurance broker said on Monday.

Dhadasih brings over 14 years of insurance experience, specialising in financial lines, underwriting, corporate business, and client management.

She has held senior underwriting and managerial roles at insurance and brokerage firms including Chubb, Muang Thai Insurance PCL and Aon. Most recently, she served as casualty and financial lines manager at Falcon Insurance PCL.

In a LinkedIn post, TQR said, “Tanasta’s background in D&O, professional indemnity, medical malpractice, and specialty insurance will support the continued growth of TQR’s specialty reinsurance solutions.”

The Thai broker has recently strengthened its specialty division with several executive hires. Most recently, TQR appointed Monthira Vongtharuar as business development, facultative reinsurance and special project officer.

Earlier, Kamolrat Sukumamnuaychai rejoined the company as vice president, business development for treaty reinsurance.

In May, Rachaya Thammasa joined as business development officer, specialty reinsurance, while Wisarut Phamonphakdiphisut was added to the treaty product development team in February.
