Marsh has appointed Dalton Sze and Denise Yong as assistant vice presidents and Matthew Lim as a Marsh risk associate in its Asia renewable energy team, regional renewable energy leader Robert Jones announced on LinkedIn. All three are based in Singapore.
Sze joins Marsh from energy and urban solutions provider Sembcorp Industries, where he most recently served as operational risk manager. Before that, he held a risk management and sustainability role at SIA Engineering Company.
Yong has been with the Marsh group for more than four years, having joined Guy Carpenter in 2022. She most recently worked there as a facultative reinsurance broker before moving to Marsh Asia. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Willis Towers Watson, United Capital Consultancy and DBS Bank.
Lim graduated from Singapore Management University in 2025 with a degree in computing and law. Before joining Marsh, he completed internships with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the Singapore College of Insurance and Phu Mai Anh Corporation.
The additions come amid several other senior appointments across Marsh in Asia-Pacific. Earlier this year, Marsh named KT Koo as CEO of Marsh Korea, while in the Pacific, Marcus Piristi was appointed head of energy and David Brumpton returned to the firm as head of client services.
Marsh Risk Asia has also strengthened its marine, cargo and logistics team with Deborah Errappa as senior vice president and cargo leader, James Gargrave as P&I leader and Haroun Shadid as strategic client director.
