Aon has appointed Julien Mercier as senior consultant, client relationship management, in its Singapore health solutions business, Lily Mak, the broker’s head of client relationship management for health solutions in Singapore, said on Friday.
Mercier joins from Mercer, where he spent four years as a senior client relationship manager in Singapore. Before that, he worked at Henner Group in Singapore for more than three years, first as head of direct business and then as senior business development manager for Southeast Asia, covering Indonesia and Vietnam.
He brings more than 10 years of employee benefits experience across broking and insurance, with expertise in plan design, pricing strategy and strategic account management.
“I look forward to working with Julien as we continue helping organisations make better decisions around health and wellbeing,” Mak said on LinkedIn.
Mercier is the latest hire since Mak’s appointment in May. In June, Aon hired Jonathan Koh and Theresa Loke as senior consultants on the same team, and in August, it named Stara Low head of growth for health solutions in Singapore.
