Price Forbes Singapore has announced the appointment of Alex Davies as Director of Power, Downstream, and Renewables, marking the introduction of a new specialism for the Singapore branch.
Davies moved after spending nine years at Aon, where he was most recently Director for Construction, Power & Infrastructure for Asia. In his new role, he reports to Philip Johnson, CEO of Asia Pacific.
“Alex’s extensive experience and in-depth technical industry knowledge will be instrumental as we continue to strengthen our foothold in Asia’s rapidly evolving energy sector,” Johnson said about the new appointment.
Davies brings over 22 years of experience across insurance and engineering, with a background in construction, operations, and the development and financing of power, energy, and infrastructure projects.
Prior to his time at Aon in Asia, he worked in engineering roles in Europe with RWE, Carillon, and Mowlem Engineering.
