Chubb Insurance Hong Kong has promoted Patrick Wong to Head of Global Client Executive, Queency Chau as Head of Major Accounts Division, and Barry Yu as Head of Marine, according to a LinkedIn post by Chubb’s Head of Property and Casualty, Douglas Wong.
Patrick Wong has been with Chubb for over 34 years, most recently as the head of its Major Accounts division. In his new role, Wong will act as the senior relationship manager and single point of contact for Chubb’s large global clients in Hong Kong. He brings over four decades of insurance experience to the position.
Before her promotion, Chau served as Head of Marine & Fine Arts and Deputy Head of Major Accounts Division at Chubb. She will lead the delivery of tailored solutions and services to Chubb’s major clients, leveraging a global team of experts. To her new role, she brings over 20 years of underwriting experience across multiple disciplines.
Yu has been with Chubb since 2017, first as an assistant underwriter. Most recently, he held the role of Senior Underwriter, Marine. Before joining Chubb, Yu worked at FP Marine Risks and Guy Carpenter.
