Luke Whenman has been appointed Chief Claims Officer of Allianz Australia, the firm’s Chief Customer and Operations Officer, Brendan Dunne, announced on LinkedIn.
Whenman joins from the Suncorp Group, where he worked for over 11 years, most recently as Executive General Manager Motor Claims. He brings extensive industry experience to his new role, previously holding senior and leadership roles for financial firms across Australia.
According to Dunne, Whenman brings “an impressive history of leading teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the claims experience for customers, partners, and Brokers.”
He also currently chairs the Claims Faculty Advisory Board at ANZIIF.
