Aon India has appointed Vikas Pareek as Head of Transaction Solutions, as announced by Manoj Kumar, the company’s Specialty Products Head, on LinkedIn.

Pareek joins Aon from Sunteck Realty, where he served as Vice President – Corporate Finance & Strategies for over a year. He also previously worked at KPMG India, most recently as Technical director.

Pareek brings over 18 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate finance. The Chartered Accountant has built expertise in transaction structuring, cross-border deals, and regulatory strategy throughout his career.

In his new position, Pareek will lead Aon’s Transaction Solutions practice in India, focusing on helping clients manage deal-related risks and create strategic value from their transactions.

“I’m delighted to welcome Vikas Pareek as Head of Transaction Solutions at Aon India,” said Manoj Kumar A S. “His leadership across complex transactions for corporates and private equity funds positions him well to drive Aon’s capabilities in this space.”

Pareek’s appointment continues Aon India’s expansion of its services, following the firm’s recent establishment of its life and health reinsurance practice in January with the appointment of Renuka Nar as Head of Broking and Neha Shah as Chief Actuary.
