Lockton India has appointed Pankti Doshi (Veera) as Vice President, Transactional Lines in its Mumbai office, Neelam Singh Koyande—Director for Transactional Lines—announced on LinkedIn on Tuesday( July 22).
Doshi joins Lockton from The Blackstone Group, where she most recently served as Assistant Vice President and previously worked in business finance for the private equity division for over four years. Her experience at Blackstone followed earlier work at EY.
Doshi’s experience includes eight years of experience in merger and acquisition transactions, with her expertise spanning structuring, implementation, and risk mitigation using M&A insurance solutions.
“Her deep understanding of tax and regulatory frameworks, combined with a client-first, solution-oriented approach, makes her a fantastic addition to the Lockton team,” Koyande said on her appointment.
