Aon has tapped Milla Chen as Deputy Director within its Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Transaction Solutions (AMATS) team in Japan, according to a LinkedIn announcement by Senior Deputy Director Shunsuke Takechi on Wednesday.
Chen brings extensive experience in contracts, compliance, and risk management, having worked as director of the Legal Department at United Semiconductor Japan Co.
In his post, Takechi highlighted Chen’s strong legal background and expertise “will be a tremendous asset” to the company’s growth.
In January, Aon Asia made key leadership appointments for its AMATS Team, which includes Xianwei Lee as Head, Adrian Chai as Head of Transaction Solutions, Jamie Wan as Head of Transaction Advisory Services, and Blossom Lim as Growth Leader.
