Aon has made four key appointments for its Asia Mergers & Acquisitions & Transaction Solutions (AMATS) team, Murray Woods, Specialty Products Leader for APAC announced on LinkedIn.
All within the Asia AMATS team, Xianwei Lee has been appointed as Head; Adrian Chai as Head of Transaction Solutions; Jamie Wan as Head of Transaction Advisory Services; and Blossom Lim as Growth Leader.
Lee has been with Aon since 2022. Prior, he served as Senior Vice President for Marsh’s Private Equity, M&A, and Transaction team. He has also worked at law firms Stamford Law, Clifford Chance, and Morgan Lewis Stamford.
Like Lee, Chai moved to Aon in 2022 from Marsh, after serving as Vice President in its Private Equity and M&A team. His previous experience includes time as a corporate lawyer for Baker & McKenzie and Herbert Smith Freehills.
Wan rejoined Aon in 2023, having originally worked at the business between 2013 and 2018. She returned to Aon after serving as Vice President for Marsh Asia, also from its Private Equity and M&A services team.
Lim joined Aon in 2018 and previously served as Corporate Affairs and Private Marketing Manager for the Raffles Medical Group.
Wood added that the appointments demonstrate how the changes accelerate Aon’s 3X3 Plan under its Aon United Strategy.
