Wee Teck Tea has assumed the role of Head of Commercial Risk Solutions for Aon’s Singapore business, according to a LinkedIn announcement by Andrew Minnitt, Head of Southeast Asia.

Tea has been with Aon for 14 years, holding executive positions across its property and casualty and commercial units. Prior to joining the global broker, he also worked for firms such as Marsh, Singapore Power, and Power Grid.

In the post, Minnitt commended Tea’s exceptional leadership and deep commitment to Aon’s clients, saying: “His appointment reflects our continued confidence in his ability to strengthen our Commercial Risk capabilities and drive growth across Singapore.”

The appointment follows Aon’s key personnel changes in October, with Anshuman Srivastava as Reinsurance Global Chief Broking Officer and Selina Wu as Regional Director for Construction and Infrastructure in Asia.
