Adeline Lee has been promoted to Head of Claims for Berkley Insurance Asia, effective from 1 January 2024. In her new capacity, Lee will continue to report to Aaron Yip, who serves as the Chief Executive of Singapore and Chief Underwriting Officer for Asia.
Lee is a founding member of the Berkley Insurance Asia team having joined as part of the company’s establishment in the region in July 2016.
In her current role as Head of Claims for South Asia, she has been integral in establishing a robust claims service culture within the business.
Before her tenure with Berkley Insurance Asia, Lee accrued significant industry experience, including twelve years at Sompo Singapore and five years at Chubb subsidiary Federal Insurance.
Lee’s promotion was conveyed through an official announcement by Berkley Insurance Asia on LinkedIn, which emphasised the recognition Lee has gained within the business and industry for her claims management: “Adeline has been with us since the beginning and has built a strong claims service culture for Berkley Insurance Asia.
