American International Group (AIG) has appointed Tilden Goh as head of energy for Asia-Pacific, Gordon Browne, the insurer’s global head of specialty, announced in a LinkedIn post.

Goh brings more than 32 years of underwriting experience and has built a long-standing career across complex energy portfolios.

“His deep market expertise and strategic perspective will be instrumental in advancing our Energy business across the region and delivering continued value for clients and broker partners,” Browne said.

The appointment follows a series of regional moves announced by AIG earlier this month, including Igor Chichkan joining the insurer’s Asia-Pacific financial lines team as regional underwriting manager, as well as Carmen Ho rejoining AIG’s Hong Kong casualty team as major account lead and Evelyn Li being promoted to corporate lead.
