Aon has appointed Bonjay Koo to the newly created role of Enterprise Client Leader for South Korea, effective September 1st 2025, the broker announced in a media release on Monday.
Based in Seoul, Koo will lead the delivery of integrated risk capital and human capital solutions for Aon’s enterprise and large multinational clients in the market. He will report to Craig Torgius, Chief Client Officer and Head of Enterprise Clients for Asia Pacific, and work closely with Kevin Kim, Chief Executive Officer for Korea.
Koo joins from Deloitte Consulting, where he was a partner for over five years. He brings over 30 years of experience in consulting and financial services, with previous senior roles at Oliver Wyman, Kearney, Arthur D. Little, and Visa Korea.
Craig Torgius said Koo’s experience in managing complex client engagements and his collaborative approach make him well placed to take on the position.
The appointment follows a series of recent leadership announcements by Aon in Asia, including Mike Baker rejoining as Regional Managing Director for APAC, Lin Mun becoming Client Management Director at Aon Re Malaysia, and Jocelyn Po promoted to Head of Reinsurance Solutions in the Philippines.
