Athena Fan has moved to Singapore to join Allianz Commercial as Head of Liability for Southeast Asia, as announced by Ciarán O’Shaughnessy, Regional Head of Liability – Asia Pacific, in a statement on LinkedIn.
Fan moved from Toronto, Canada, where she had worked with AXIS Capital for nearly three years as Senior Underwriter.
“I am excited to welcome Athena to the Allianz Commercial Asia team,” O’Shaughnessy said. “With responsibility for our Large Corporate business across Southeast Asia, Athena brings with her a wealth of retail and wholesale liability experience and is a fantastic addition to our incredible team,” he added.
Before her time at AXIS, Fan gained industry experience at HDI Global, CNA Insurance, and Chubb, all based in Toronto.
