Aviso Specialty has appointed Kerin Rathgeber as head of trade credit, the company announced on Monday.
Based in Melbourne, Rathgeber joins the company after serving as business development manager at GSA Insurance Brokers. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at JLT Group, Aon and Euler Trade Indemnity.
She brings over 29 years of industry experience to her new role, with expertise spanning trade credit underwriting, broking, business development and strategic client advisory.
Rathgeber’s appointment follows a slew of recent moves by Aviso to expand its specialty platform, including naming Dimitri Hursalas as head of affinity. Last month, the company also launched its Risk Intelligence division, headed by Nicholas Martin and a new M&A practice headed by Kane Sim.
These come after Aviso announced 21 appointments earlier this year as part of its broader investment in specialist capability.
