AXA XL Australia has appointed Sugra Kaur as Senior Underwriter for Casualty and Rhys Anthony as Senior Claims Specialist for Property, the (re)insurer announced in a company statement on LinkedIn.

Kaur joins AXA XL from Pen Underwriting, where she worked for six years, most recently as Casualty Underwriter. She brings over 15 years of industry experience to the role, having previously worked at Liberty International, Catlin and then XL Catlin—after its acquisition by XL Group—and InterRisk Australia.

Anthony moved from IAG, where he served for 15 years, most recently as Senior Complex Claims Specialist. Anthony’s career in insurance spans over two decades and includes nearly six years at CGU Insurance.
