Former PROACT Australia co-founder Dave Stott will lead the rebranded business, bringing three decades of experience across underwriting, broking and international markets.
Based in Chicago from January, she will lead the broker's worldwide go-to-market strategy and sales, taking over from Anne Corona, now CEO of North America.
He joins Lockton after a 15-year stint at Zurich Insurance, where he held various underwriting, portfolio management and executive leadership roles across the UK and Australia.
He brings more than 18 years of experience in the life insurance sector spanning risk management, actuarial science, financial risk and capital management.
