MLC Life Insurance has announced the appointment of Craig Dainton as their General Manager of Customer & Adviser Operations. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Craig has extensive knowledge and understanding of what it takes to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Having worked for HBA, National Mutual, AXA, and most recently holding several senior roles in operations, finance, remediation and transformation at AMP, Craig arrives at MLC Life Insurance with a wealth of experience.

“Craig’s appointment is the next step in building on our significant investment in a state-of-the-art, single unifying platform that provides the functionality to deliver on our streamlined customer-centric vision and deliver a better experience for our customers, advisers and partners,” she added.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He will commence in his new position today, May 16th.
Earlier this month, MLC Life also appointed Hiroyuki Endo as Chief Investment Officer and Deputy Finance Chief.
