Crawford & Company Australia has promoted Joel Arbuthnot to head of Global Technical Services (GTS), the loss adjuster announced in a media release on Tuesday.

Arbuthnot joined Crawford Australia in 2017 and has held several roles across the business. Most recently, he served as executive adjuster and team leader for GTS in New South Wales.

Crawford said the promotion reflects its focus on developing internal expertise and maintaining technical capability in specialty loss adjusting, as demand for complex claims management continues to rise.

“Joel has grown into a highly respected leader who brings balance, technical strength and a real passion for developing people,” said Matt Donnelly, head of specialty. “I have every confidence he will continue to build capability and deliver for our clients.”
