Everest’s Maureen Ung has seen a swift transition to the role of Commercial Director for Asia, having joined the (re)insurer in July as Head of Claims for Singapore.
“In her brief tenure at Everest Asia, Maureen has already showcased her expertise, leveraging her extensive knowledge and strong market relationships to make an immediate impact on the team,” explained Tomi Latva-Kiskola, Everest’s Head of Insurance, Asia, who announced the role change on LinkedIn.
In her new role, Ung will focus on broker and client engagement, data utilisation, and enhancing the company’s value proposition, with the goal of supporting Everest’s growth in Asia.
Before joining Everest, she spent 11 years with Zurich, in Australia and Singapore, most recently as Chief Claims Officer.
