Gallagher has appointed Charlotte Jolly as practice leader for its faith specialty business, effective 1 June, according to a company announcement.
Jolly joins from Marsh, where she served as national head of claims for the firm’s faith and education practice. Her appointment brings together experience from both the broker and insurer sides of the market, with a career focused on supporting faith-based organisations and community institutions.
Prior to Marsh, Jolly was manager of property, motor and personal accident claims at Catholic Church Insurance. She has also held claims and risk management roles at IAG and CGU Insurance.
“Charlotte brings significant experience working at the intersection of insurance and the faith sector, combining technical expertise with a strong appreciation of the communities and organisations she serves. She will play a key role in further developing our offering and strengthening how we support clients across this sector,” Gallagher noted in its announcement.
Jolly’s appointment follows a number of leadership changes announced by Gallagher this year, including Adam Sullivan as chief executive of specialty for Asia, Blake Gleeson as chief client officer in Australia, JD Veldsman as chief commercial officer in Australia, and Ken Wise as head of corporate and natural resources for Western Australia.
