Generali GC&C names Emma Liu as Head of Casualty Underwriting for Asia

She moves from AIG to take on the new role.

Emma Liu has been named Head of Casualty Underwriting for Generali GC&C Asia, the company announced on LinkedIn on Friday, 5 September.

She joined the company from AIG, where she served as Senior Underwriting Manager, bringing with her over 17 years of experience in underwriting, including specialisation in the Casualty line of business.

“We warmly welcome Emma and are confident that her expertise will make a valuable contribution to our team’s continued success.,” Generali said in its announcement.

This appointment follows other leadership announcements made by Generali GC&C for Asia in the past few months, including Jonathan Wong as Head of Marine Underwriting and Dan Cunningham as Head of Risk Engineering & Loss Prevention.
