Lockton has appointed Cindy Khoo as the Head of Business Development – Marine & Energy, the brokerage announced in a media release.
Based in Singapore, Khoo will focus on developing the Marine and Offshore Energy business in Singapore and across Asia, Lockton said.
She joined after 13 years with Howden Malaysia, where she was the Head of Marine and established the Marine unit from scratch in 2012.
Under her leadership, the Marine Hull and Energy (upstream) businesses grew significantly, making Howden one of the top three Marine & Energy brokers in Malaysia.
