(Re)insurance broker Miller has today announced the appointment of Craig McCoig-Lees as Treaty and Facultative Casualty and Financial Lines specialist broker. Based in Miller’s Singapore office, McCoig-Lees will support the continued expansion of Miller’s Facultative and Treaty Reinsurance offering in Asia, with a focus on Casualty and Financial lines.

McCoig-Lees joins from Lockton, where he was Head of Broking, Casualty for APAC. He has spent over ten years in Singapore and held roles at JLT Re Asia (Singapore), Cooper Gay (Singapore) and RK Harrison (London).

Ron Whyte, Head of Asia at Miller, said: “We’re pleased to announce Craig’s appointment to Miller in Asia. His deep local knowledge and experience across Casualty, Financial Lines and Treaty Reinsurance will play an important role as we seek to broaden our franchise in Asia.”

McCoig-Lees added, “Miller already has a strong reputation within the specialty classes here in Singapore and I’m excited about contributing to its continued growth in Asia. I’m looking forward to applying my experience in both the Asian and London markets to help Miller’s clients achieve their objectives.”
