Oneglobal Broking has appointed Fabien Goutoulli as chief executive officer for Singapore, the broker announced on Thursday.
Goutoulli joins Oneglobal after more than seven years with Diot-Siaci Asia, where he most recently served as executive director and head of Asia for property and casualty (P&C) and specialty lines.
He brings extensive industry experience across cyber, financial lines, credit, aviation, cargo and captives, alongside reinsurance and regional business development. Before joining Diot-Siaci Asia, Goutoulli held senior roles at SIACI Saint Honore and Marsh & McLennan, both in Paris.
In his new role, he will report to Sirikit Oh, CEO for Asia, and work closely with the company’s wider Asia leadership team.
Commenting on the appointment, Oh said: “We are delighted to welcome Fabien to the Oneglobal family. His extensive experience across Singapore and the wider Asian market, together with his deep expertise in Specialty Lines and reinsurance, will be a tremendous asset to our business.”
The appointment follows other additions to Oneglobal’s regional team made earlier this year, including Shirlene Fernz as director of claims, George Liu as head of Chinese client services and Geovenn Lim as director for marine.
