Aon has appointed Puneet Swani as Head of Talent Solutions for Asia Pacific, effective immediately, the company announced in a statement.
Singapore-based Swani joins the company after serving at Mercer for 15 years, most recently as Senior Partner, International Region.
In his new role, Swani reports to Tim Dwyer, Head of Human Capital for Asia Pacific. He will work closely with the Talent, Health and Wealth Solutions teams across the region, while driving the business’s Talent Solutions capability and integrated Human Capital approach, Aon said in its announcement.
“Puneet’s business acumen, combined with his twenty-five plus years of experience as an international HR advisor will accelerate our ability to deliver human capital capabilities to our clients,” said Dwyer.
Swani brings over 25 years of experience as an international human resources advisor. Prior to Mercer, he served for Hewitt Associates Singapore and India (now Aon), in addition to ABN Amro Bank, according to LinkedIn.
