Sompo Asia-Pacific has welcomed Sarah Lee as multinational network manager for APAC, effective 11 May 2026, the company announced in a LinkedIn post on Wednesday. Based in Hong Kong, she reports to Lena Liu, APAC head of multinational business.
Lee brings extensive experience in leading multinational programmes and structuring complex global risks across multiple lines, delivering end-to-end underwriting services aligned with regulatory and network standards.
“Her expertise will add strong value to the multinational team, particularly in managing the increasing volume of both inbound and outbound regional programs, contributing to the sustainable profitable growth in APAC,” Sompo said.
Lee’s appointment follows those of Gally Wong as senior construction underwriter for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan; Kelvin Woo as chief distribution officer for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan; Beatrice Morley as head of the London reinsurance team; and Daniel Lukas as head of personal lines for APAC, announced by the company over the last month.
