Swiss Re Corporate Solutions (CorSo) will promote Aimee Curtain to Head of Property & Specialty for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), effective 1 August 2025.

Curtain, who brings over 20 years of experience in broking and underwriting, will succeed Luke Griggs in the role. She joined Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in 2021 and has since worked across the ANZ property portfolio.

Kevin Bates, Country Head of ANZ, announced the appointment on LinkedIn, highlighting Curtain’s consistent results, client-first approach, and technical expertise. “Since joining us in 2021, she’s played a key role in driving growth across the ANZ Property portfolio,” Bates added.

Commenting on her appointment, outgoing Head Griggs described Curtain as “the complete package—technically strong, client-focused, and a great team leader.”

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions has made several key appointments in the ANZ region this year. In addition to Kevin Bates being named Country Head as part of a new global market unit structure, the company also announced several key appointments in its ANZ Customer & Distribution team in April.
