Aon has appointed Terence Williams as Head of Commercial Risk Solutions for Asia Pacific, effective April 2025, the company announced in a statement.
Williams has been with Aon for nearly 25 years and will move to Singapore from London, where he has been serving as Aon’s Chief Broking Officer for EMEA. His previous leadership roles at the business include CEO for South Africa, Chief Broking Officer for Sub-Saharan Africa, and Head of Casualty for the UK.
From April, Williams will report to Joe Peiser, Global CEO of Commercial Risk Solutions, and Anne Corona, CEO of Asia Pacific. He will be responsible for leading Aon’s commercial risk strategies and capabilities across the Asia Pacific region and will also join the business’s APAC Executive Committee and Global Commercial Risk Leadership Team.
“Terence is a proven people leader with the ability to develop talent and build high-performing teams,” Corona said. “His leadership and industry acumen will be invaluable as we continue to drive growth and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients,” she adds.
