Zurich has promoted Tom Thornberry to the role of Group Chief Claims Officer, effective from 1 April 2024, according to a company announcement on LinkedIn.
Thornberry has been with Zurich since 2012 and steps up from his current position as Global Head of Financial Lines, Cyber, and Credit Lines Claims. In its announcement, joined said that Thornberry will be responsible for leading Zurich’s claims operations globally to help ensure excellence in its customer service delivery.
