Marsh has named David Brumpton as its new head of client services for the Pacific region, the business announced in a LinkedIn post on Tuesday.

Brumpton returns to Australia from Singapore and brings more than 40 years of expertise, having worked with clients across Asia Pacific.

“We know David will be a strong advocate for our clients – listening to what they need and responding to their challenges with the full strength of our business,” Marsh said, citing Brumpton’s “deep passion for building strong, lasting relationships.”

Brumpton’s appointment comes amid the company’s efforts to strengthen its Asia-Pacific lineup this year with the appointments of Marcus Piristi as head of energyNoelene Palmer as new chief operating officer, Tim Atkins as head of insurance consulting group, I-Mei Chan as Singapore-based senior client advisor of credit specialties, and Jason Mandera as CEO of Marsh McLennan Indonesia.
