Chubb has promoted Mark Roberts, Annelisa Richardson and Brendan Behm to newly created national relationship manager roles within its Australian distribution team.
Roberts, Richardson and Behm will manage the insurer’s key distribution relationships with Envest, Steadfast Group and Austbrokers, respectively.
Roberts has been with Chubb for more than 16 years and was most recently a cornerstone key account manager. He previously held business development and accident and health roles at ACE Group and Steeves Agnew Underwriting Agency.
Richardson has spent more than 12 years at Chubb and was most recently a senior relationship manager. She previously held sales leadership and business development roles in personal lines within the firm. Before joining Chubb, she worked at Zurich Financial Services Australia and Peter Brown & Associates.
Behm joined Chubb in 2021, most recently working as a senior relationship manager. He previously held relationship and business development roles at CGU Insurance and Australian Dealer Insurance, and spent more than a decade with St.George Bank.
The appointments follow a series of leadership moves across Chubb’s Asia-Pacific operations. The insurer recently named Lorna Latorre as head of travel for APAC, Gurudutt Joglekar as deputy country president for Malaysia, Dicky Lam as chief financial officer of Chubb Life Hong Kong, and Ariel Llugdar as head of motor claims for Malaysia.
