Crawford & Company (Australia) has appointed Justin McEwan, Lucas Bressanutti, Amy Kane and Joshua Boyd to roles across its claims, specialty, client and energy teams.
McEwan has been promoted to head of quality and people development. He has been with Crawford for more than 13 years, most recently as senior GTS adjuster and Victoria GTS manager. He also previously worked as an internal claim adjuster with Crawford in Bendigo at the start of his career.
In his new remit, he will oversee technical excellence and talent development across Crawford’s property loss adjusting business.
Meanwhile, Bressanutti has been appointed cyber & fidelity leader for Australia after six years with the company. Before joining the company, he also held senior forensic accounting roles for Worrells Solvency & Forensic Accountants and Rodgers Reidy Chartered Accountants.
Kane joins Crawford as strategic account manager within the chief client office, based in Brisbane.
She joins from NLR Water Fire & Mould Restoration, where she most recently worked as client partnerships and growth manager. Her background also includes account management, business development and sales roles across Australia, the UK and Northern Ireland.
Boyd has joined the firm’s power, energy & construction team as senior adjuster. He brings energy sector experience to the role and will work on complex energy and infrastructure risks, according to Crawford.
“These appointments reflect our commitment to investing in our people, strengthening specialist expertise and ensuring we continue delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients,” Crawford Australia president Jonathan Hubbard said.
The announcements follow other Crawford appointments made earlier this year, including Chris Pickering as WA property leader, Leigh Harrington as QLD strata team leader and Shuzaha Houghton as client development manager in Australia.
