Aon has appointed Harrison Willing as Associate Director, Natural Resources, Asia, based in Singapore, Richard Brown, the broker’s Asia energy & mining leader, said on LinkedIn.

Willing transfers from Aon’s Calgary office, where he was most recently AVP, account executive, having first joined the broker there in April 2023.

He has seven years of experience with large, complex energy clients across the upstream and downstream sectors, according to Brown, who added Willing “brings deep expertise in complex program servicing, client relationship management”.

Before Aon, he spent eight months as a senior analyst at pipeline operator Enbridge and three years at Marsh Canada.

The hire adds to a run of Aon appointments across Asia. The broker named Nelumi Jayasundara as senior associate in its APAC transaction solutions team in Hong Kong on Tuesday, made Adithep Prateepratana health client leader in Thailand on 17 August, and moved Kayo Montgomery to Japan as regional strategic account manager for Asia the week before.
