Lockton Singapore on Thursday (20 June) announced that Lena Tsia has been appointed as its new Chief Operating Officer for Singapore.

In her role, Tsia will report to Fred Boles, CEO of Singapore, and Phil Corrigan, Regional Chief Operating Officer, on a matrix basis.

She will work closely with Singapore-based teams to implement best practices across all operational areas, Lockton said. Her responsibilities include overseeing the business’s administration, compliance, claims, marketing, and IT.

Tsia joins from Fullerton Health, where she was COO. Her background includes extensive knowledge and experience in the Employee Benefits segment from her time at AIA, Prudential, and Cigna. Lockton added that she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and successfully supported aggressive business growth in her past roles.

“Lena’s leadership will drive our overarching vision, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our stakeholders,” Lockton said. “She will enhance organizational efficiency, align technology initiatives with our business objectives, and foster greater synergy and effectiveness.”
