Rintarn Tantikunakornrat joins Sompo Thailand as Chief Human Resources Officer

Sompo Thailand has appointed Rintarn Tantikunakornrat as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective immediately, the company announced.

Before joining the company, Tantikunakornrat worked as Head of Human Resources, Thailand at DLA Piper Thailand from 2017 and held senior Human Resource roles at HSBC Commercial Banking and AIRA & AIFUL Public.

In her new role, Tantikunakornrat will report to Lee Murphy, Chief Human Resources Officer for Asia Pacific (APAC), and Aditya Vardhan Tibrewala, CEO of Sompo Thailand. She is also part of the APAC HR leadership team.

Murphy shared his enthusiasm over Tantikunakornrat’s appointment, adding “With her extensive experience in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, Khun Rintarn is perfectly placed to drive engagement and effectiveness, aligning with business goals both locally and regionally.”
